Digital booking confirmations are sent within 24 hours of payment. Final travel documents (e-tickets, hotel vouchers, and visas) are typically delivered 3–7 days before the trip departure.
We prioritize eco-friendly Digital Delivery via registered email and WhatsApp. If physical kits or membership cards are requested, they are shipped through our premium courier partners in Kochi.
While our travel planning is global, physical deliveries are available PAN-India. For international members, all fulfillment is handled digitally for instant access.
