Transparency is our priority. Below are the guidelines regarding trip cancellations, membership refunds, and service modifications for Benxo Travel Club.
For our curated tours and travel packages, you may cancel your booking up to 7 days prior to the departure date. Please note that certain non-refundable costs (like flight tickets or hotel deposits) may be deducted based on the specific tour terms.
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card/UPI/Bank Transfer). The standard processing time is 7–10 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
Club membership fees are refundable within 48 hours of joining, provided no travel benefits or bookings have been utilized. After 48 hours, membership fees are generally non-refundable but can be transferred to another person upon request.
